A few people have asked whether we celebrate Thanksgiving this side of the pond. We do indeed, even though we didn’t get around to it last year. However, the feast this year consisted of a perfectly cooked turkey with Lisa’s famous stuffing, pumpkin pie baked from scratch, and I even put some Steeler DVDs on the TV so there was American football.
What other time of year do you get to eat pumpkin pie for breakfast a few days running?
