It only took about 15 minutes for me to determine Independence Day was one of the silliest, most poorly written movies I have ever (not) seen. I did wait around to watch a few major cities get obliterated.
The Italian Job (1969) had one of the more frustrating endings to a film that I have seen in quite sometime. I never saw the remake, which Gabe claims is better, but of course he watched Independence Day in its entirety.
