In Bethlehem, the place to be now for breakfast is Billy’s. I look forward to a good Irish Breakfast, especially white and black pudding. Since we won’t be moving into our house until the 15th of July, we’ll have plenty at the B&B.
We will always have a soft spot for our favorite breakfast joint of all-time, Hack’s. Karen never forgot a name or a face, the music was always good, the service always slow, and the smiles always wide. God bless you, Karen, wherever you are. You will be missed, but never forgotten.
